BCTC and BC Hydro Jointly File Application to Rescind Presidential Permit and Issue New Permit

British Columbia Transmission Corporation and British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority jointly requested the Department of Energy to rescind the Presidential Permit No. PP-22 currently held by BCTC and issue a new permit to BC Hydro for the same international transmission facilities.
