U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) Seeks Grant Proposals for FY2012 Humphrey Fellowship Program

The U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) is soliciting proposals from public and private non-profit organizations to administer the FY2012 Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program, with a proposed budget of up to $13.5 million and a start date of October 1, 2011.
