U.S. Department of State Submits Information Collection Request for Brokering Prior Approval (License) Form

The U.S. Department of State has submitted a 30-day notice to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for approval of two information collection requests: DS-4143, Brokering Prior Approval (License), and DS-4142, Annual Brokering Report, as part of its efforts to regulate defense trade controls.
