TransCanada Keystone XL Pipeline Project Gets Environmental Review Update

The U.S. Department of State has released a supplemental draft environmental impact statement for the proposed TransCanada Keystone XL Pipeline project, a move consistent with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969. The document is part of the review process for TransCanada's application for a Presidential Permit to build a pipeline across the U.S.-Canada border.
