30-Day Notice of Proposed Information Collection: Form DS-6561, Pre-Assignment for Overseas Duty

The Department of State is seeking OMB approval for a new information collection, Form DS-6561, Pre-Assignment for Overseas Duty, which requires employees and family members from non-foreign affairs agencies to retain medical clearance every 2 to 3 years, with an estimated 8,000 respondents annually.
