Department of State Acquisition Regulation; Foreign Nationals and Third Country Nationals

The Department of State has made a change to its Acquisition Regulation, allowing foreign nationals and third-country nationals to serve as contracting officers for acquisitions valued at $25,000 or less, streamlining procurement processes at overseas Department of State posts.
