U.S. Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs Seeks Grant Proposals for Global Undergraduate Exchange Program in Serbia and Montenegro

The U.S. Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs is soliciting proposals from eligible organizations to administer the Global Undergraduate Exchange Program in Serbia and Montenegro, a one-year scholarship program for outstanding students from the region to study at U.S. institutions of higher education.
