ECA Seeks Grant Proposals to Study U.S. Institutes for Women Student Leaders on Women's Leadership

The Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) is seeking grant proposals to study the impact of the U.S. Institutes for Women Student Leaders on women's leadership development. The Institutes, a program of the U.S. Department of State, provide leadership training for young women from around the world.
