Department of State Proposes Exemption for Risk Analysis and Management Records

The Department of State is proposing to exempt certain portions of its Risk Analysis and Management Records, State-78, from the Privacy Act of 1974, citing national security and law enforcement concerns. The proposed exemption would apply to records containing criminal investigation information, confidential sources, and other sensitive data.
