CFTC Establishes Position Limits for Futures and Swaps

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission has published a final rule and interim final rule to establish position limits for 28 exempt and agricultural commodity futures and options contracts, as well as physical commodity swaps equivalent to these contracts, in response to a petition and comments from industry stakeholders.
