Comment Request for Form 5471 and Related Schedules

The US Department of the Treasury is seeking public comments on proposed and ongoing paperwork collections, including Form 5471, a tax form used to report information about US persons with respect to foreign corporations, as part of its efforts to reduce paperwork burden under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
