CFTC Publishes Proposed Guidance on Cross-Border Swaps Provisions of the Commodity Exchange Act

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) is seeking public comment on a proposed interpretive guidance and policy statement regarding the application of the swaps provisions of the Commodity Exchange Act (CEA) to cross-border swaps involving non-swaps dealers and major swap participants.
