SBA Amends Regulations to Clarify Small Business Status Protest and Appeal Rules
The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is updating its rules to improve the process for small businesses to protest and appeal their status as Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDBs), HUBZone businesses, or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOSB). The changes aim to increase transparency and reduce delays in the size determination process.
