Bureau of Industry and Security Amends Export Administration Regulations to Reflect Changes to Missile Technology Control Regime

The Bureau of Industry and Security is updating its Export Administration Regulations to align with changes agreed upon by MTCR member countries at the 2009 Plenary in Rio de Janeiro, and also correcting an error from a previous rule published in December 2009.
