US Department of Commerce Amends Preliminary Determination of Antidumping Duty on Chinese Magnesia Carbon Bricks

The US Department of Commerce has amended its preliminary determination of sales at less than fair value of certain magnesia carbon bricks from the People's Republic of China, correcting ministerial errors in the calculation of antidumping duty margins for RHI Refractories Liaoning Co., Ltd. and granting a separate rate to Yingkou Jiahe Refractories Co., Ltd.
