Atlantic Coastal Fisheries Cooperative Management Act Provisions; Atlantic Coastal Shark Fishery

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has declared a federal moratorium on fishing, possession, and landing of all shark species in the Atlantic Coastal Shark Fishery due to New Jersey's failure to comply with the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission's Interstate Fishery Management Plan.
