US Department of Commerce Affirms Evotape S.p.A. as Successor to Tyco Adhesives Italia S.p.A. in Antidumping Duty Case
The US Department of Commerce has confirmed its preliminary determination that Evotape S.p.A. is the successor to Tyco Adhesives Italia S.p.A. in the antidumping duty case for pressure sensitive plastic tape from Italy, following a review of changed circumstances.
