US Department of Commerce Finalizes Antidumping Investigation on Chinese Prestressed Concrete Steel Strand
The US Department of Commerce has made a final determination that prestressed concrete steel strand from the People's Republic of China is being sold in the US at less than fair value, following an investigation that began in October 2008 and concluded on December 23, 2009.
