Continuation of Countervailing Duty Order on Carbazole Violet Pigment 23 from India

The US Department of Commerce and International Trade Commission have determined that revoking the countervailing duty on Carbazole Violet Pigment 23 from India would likely lead to continued subsidies and material injury to the US industry. As a result, the Department is publishing a notice continuing the countervailing duty order.
