US Implements Changes to Export Administration Regulations Based on 2009 Entity List Review

The US Bureau of Industry and Security is implementing changes to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) to update the Entity List, following a 2009 review conducted by the End-User Review Committee. The updates will be implemented in two rules, covering entities in 18 destinations, including Canada, China, Germany, and the UK.
