ITA Eliminates Form ITA-362P for Handicapped Importers

The US Department of Commerce's International Trade Administration (ITA) has discontinued Form ITA-362P, a required form for handicapped importers to receive duty-free treatment, effective May 31, 2010, due to redundant information availability through Customs and Border Protection's Automated Commercial System (ACS).
