South Carolina Foreign-Trade Zone 38 Seeks Reorganization and Expansion under Alternative Site Framework

The South Carolina General Assembly has approved an application by Foreign-Trade Zone 38 in Spartanburg County for reorganization and expansion under the Alternative Site Framework, a new program designed to attract more businesses to the state's foreign-trade zones.
