Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants: Final Rulemaking To Establish Take Prohibitions for the Threatened Southern Distinct Population Segment of North American Green Sturgeon

The National Marine Fisheries Service has finalized regulations to protect the threatened Southern Distinct Population Segment of North American green sturgeon, establishing take prohibitions for activities that harm the species. The new rules also provide methods for authorized take and announce the availability of a final environmental assessment.
