Bureau of Industry and Security to Reorganize Defense Priorities and Allocations System Regulations

The Bureau of Industry and Security is proposing a rule to reorganize and clarify standards and procedures for prioritizing defense-related contracts and allocating materials, services, and facilities to support national defense, in compliance with the Defense Production Act Reauthorization of 2009.
