Atlantic Coastal Fisheries Cooperative Management Act Provisions; Weakfish Fishery

The Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission found North Carolina out of compliance with its Interstate Fishery Management Plan for Weakfish in 2010, but the state took corrective action and is now in compliance, prompting the National Marine Fisheries Service to close its review.
