US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds No Dumping of Light-Walled Rectangular Pipe and Tube from Turkey

The US Department of Commerce has begun an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from Turkey, covering exports from Turkish companies Toscelik Profil ve Sac Endustrisi A.S. and Tosyali Dis Ticaret A.S. during the period of review January 30, 2008, through April 30, 2009, and found that Toscelik did not sell the subject merchandise at less than its normal value.
