U.S. Navy Issues Letters of Authorization to Take Marine Mammals for Training Exercises

The National Marine Fisheries Service has issued three one-year Letters of Authorization to allow the U.S. Navy to take marine mammals by harassment during training exercises in three East Coast range complexes, as required by the Marine Mammal Protection Act.
