US Department of Commerce Rescinds Part of Antidumping Duty Review on Polyethylene Retail Carrier Bags from Thailand

The US Department of Commerce has rescinded part of its review of antidumping duties on polyethylene retail carrier bags imported from Thailand, following requests from interested parties, and has closed the review period from August 1, 2008, to July 31, 2009.
