US Department of Commerce Announces Final Results of 13th Countervailing Duty Administrative Review for Certain Pasta from Italy

The US Department of Commerce has concluded its review of the countervailing duty (CVD) order on pasta from Italy, covering the period from January 1, 2008, to December 31, 2008, and found that two Italian companies received subsidies, resulting in final net subsidy rates
