Takes of Marine Mammals Incidental to Specified Activities; Manette Bridge Replacement in Bremerton, Washington

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has issued an authorization to the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) to incidentally disturb small numbers of marine mammals during the replacement of the Manette Bridge in Bremerton, Washington, in accordance with the Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA).
