Vale Base Metals Closes Transaction to Regulate Ownership of Thompson Mine Complex

Vale Base Metals has completed a transaction to reconfigure ownership of the Thompson Mine Complex, backed by $200 million in new investments (approximately $280 million CAD). The company retains a minority stake of 18.9% and will continue to operate the mine.
