NMFS Seeks Public Input on Alaska Aerospace Corporation's Request to Take Marine Mammals Incidental to Missile Launch Operations

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has received an application from the Alaska Aerospace Corporation (AAC) to take marine mammals incidental to launching space vehicles and missiles at Kodiak Launch Complex in Alaska from February 2011 to February 2016. NMFS is seeking public input on the AAC's request for regulations governing the incidental taking of marine mammals.
