European Commission Sends Statements of Objections to Companies and Trade Associations Over Suspected Construction Chemicals Cartel

The European Commission has informed several construction chemical manufacturers in France, Germany, and Spain, as well as three national trade associations, that they are suspected of breaching EU competition laws, and has requested that they submit their objections to the allegations.
