BIP breaks ground on Park III in Nanzih, ASE invests NT$ 17.8 billion to construct an advanced packing and testing base

The Bureau of Industrial Parks (BIP) of the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) officially launched the construction of the third park in the Nanzih Technology Industrial Park (Nanzih Third Park) with an investment of NT$ 17.8 billion from ASE, marking a significant milestone in the development of the region.
