BSMI Announces Implementation of Inspection Requirements for Nine Product Categories, Including Electric Vehicle Charging Equipment, Effective July 1, 2026

The Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection (BSMI) under the Ministry of Economic Affairs will enforce new inspection standards for nine categories of products, including electric vehicle charging equipment, on July 1, 2026, following an announcement made on June 23, 2026.
