The Taiwan Automobility Research Consortium (TARC) has established international-grade testing facilities, supported by the Department of Industrial Technology (DoIT) of the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA), to enhance automotive cybersecurity and connectivity cooperation with the U.S. and Germany, aiming to support global market expansion.
