EPA Proposes Approval of Arizona's State Implementation Plan for PM10 Reduction

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a state implementation plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of Arizona to meet Clean Air Act (CAA) requirements applicable to the Pinal County area, specifically addressing nonattainment of the 24-Hour PM10 standard. This plan aims to reduce particulate matter emissions in Moderate, Serious, and Section 189(d) areas in West Pinal, AZ.
