Washington State Delegates Clean Air Agency to Handle Hazardous Air Pollutants

The Northwest Clean Air Agency, based in Washington State, has submitted updated regulations for receiving delegation and approval of its program for implementing and enforcing newly issued or revised Source Performance Standards and National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants.
