CPSC Issues Interpretive Rule on Flammable Liquid Fuels

The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is issuing an interpretive rule that clarifies the definition of 'flammable liquid fuels' as per the Portable Fuel Container Safety Act of 2020 (PFCSA), a law enacted in 2020 (Public Law 116-136).
