National Park Service Proposes Changes to Gates of the Arctic National Park Regulations for Off-Road Vehicle Use

The National Park Service is proposing amendments to special regulations at Gates of the Arctic National Park and Preserve to establish a process for the Superintendent to set reasonable mitigation measures for residents of Anaktuvuk Pass who use off-road vehicles for subsistence purposes.
