U.S. Department of Commerce Postpones Final Determination on Chinese Large Diameter Graphite Electrodes

The U.S. Department of Commerce is delaying the deadline for its final determination in the investigation into whether sales of large diameter graphite electrodes from the People's Republic of China are at less-than-fair-value, and is extending provisional measures in the meantime.
