Thermal Paper From the Republic of Korea: Preliminary Results and Rescission, in Part, of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2024-2025

The U.S. Department of Commerce has preliminarily found that Hansol Paper Company sold thermal paper at a price lower than its normal value in the United States during the review period, which spanned from November 1, 2024, to November 30, 2025. The Commerce Department will now conduct a full investigation to determine whether to maintain or rescind the existing antidumping duty order on Hansol's thermal paper imports.
