Department of the Treasury to Submit Information Collection Requests for OMB Review

The Department of the Treasury will submit information collection requests to the Office of Management and Budget for review and clearance, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, in relation to a proposed rule on Section 45J credit for electricity production from advanced nuclear power facilities.
