Strengthening Viet Nam’s Nuclear Liability Framework

Viet Nam is strengthening its nuclear liability framework to better manage risks and liabilities associated with nuclear accidents, following a proposal by the World Association of Nuclear Operators (WANO) and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
