NMFS Proposes Incidental Harassment Authorization for Exploratorium Relocation Project in San Francisco, CA

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is proposing to issue an Incidental Harassment Authorization (IHA) to the Exploratorium for its relocation project in San Francisco, CA, allowing for the incidental harassment of four marine mammal species during pile driving activities, in accordance with the Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA). The public is invited to comment on the proposal.
