US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Countervailable Subsidy in Brazil Steel Products
The US Department of Commerce has initiated a full sunset review of the countervailing duty order on certain hot-rolled flat-rolled carbon-quality steel products from Brazil, following a notice of intent to participate and adequate responses from domestic interested parties, respondents, and the Government of Brazil.
