US Department of Commerce Finalizes Antidumping Investigation on Chinese Magnesia Carbon Bricks

The US Department of Commerce has made a final determination that magnesia carbon bricks from the People's Republic of China are being sold in the US at less than fair value, and that certain companies, including RHI Refractories Liaoning Co., Ltd., have made changes to their margin calculations based on comments received during the investigation.
