US Department of Commerce Maintains Wholly Formed Requirement for Dominican Republic Earned Import Allowance Program

The US Department of Commerce has decided to keep the current definition of the wholly formed requirement for qualifying woven fabric under the Dominican Republic Earned Import Allowance Program (DREIAP), a trade program that allows certain Dominican Republic-made textiles to enter the US market duty-free.
