Oilseed crushing statistics, July 2026

Oilseed processors crushed 1.3 million tonnes of canola in July 2026, a 13.1% increase from June 2026 and a 36.5% increase from July 2025. Oil production reached 561.6 thousand tonnes in July 2026.
