US Department of Commerce to Review Antidumping Duties on Dutch Carboxymethylcellulose Imports
The US Department of Commerce is conducting an administrative review of antidumping duties on purified carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) imports from the Netherlands, following requests from US manufacturers Aqualon Company and others, and preliminary findings that Dutch companies Akzo Nobel Functional Chemicals and CP Kelco sold their products at below-market prices.
